I'll be on that. I'm going by UGC rules though. My cousin and I were talking last night and tried to put up POV's and YouTube's for rollout strategies. I tried making a section for it, but I didn't know how since I'm not used to forums. Hahah.

I don't know how to write stuff and categorize posts since I'm terrible at forums. But here is a map list UGC has used in this current season of HL and past seasons. It changes each season and some are regular maps with alterations, but this is a good idea on what to practice on.

cp = control point
koth = king of the hill
pl = pay load
ctf = capture the flag

Along with the maps we should practice and familiarize ourselves with, the TF2 official wiki page has an entire section dedicated to competitive play which would provide useful information. Indicated in the maps section is a list of maps usually played in competitive TF2 (keep in mind both HL and 6s!) and are only control point maps.

Also on another page of the TF2 official wiki is a page that lists all the weapons and sets available only up to this point. Disregard any other weapons that are added in the game until it is cleared my the specified league or tournament. Since we are only doing HL, we just need to focus on the middle column. Remember, this is likely to change with the addition of new weapons. Of course, these are only restrictions to the respected leagues or tournaments, it is available in pubs and lobbies.
